CIO AA 08 / 16) Role : The Administrative Assistant is responsible for various administrative tasks in IT Department. He / she will be acting as a teamplayer in a department of 18 employees.
Your Responsibilities : Organise meetings / keep schedules up2date Manage purchase order lifecycle Manage contracts scanning & archiving Liaise and track open issues with vendors / providers and internal IT regarding billing / purchases Manage licences and expiration dates Provide Budget input regarding licencing Maintain hardware & software inventory together with IT Support Creates / maintains forms & templates Carrying out various secretarial tasks (filing , post archiving .
Your Profile : You hold a diploma in secretarial studies / administration or similar. You possess significant experience of at least 1-
3 years in a similar position (experience in IT area is an asset). You have an excellent command (spoken and written) of English, German, and French.
You are responsive, organized, polite, dynamic ,disciplined and have an eye for detail. You are confident in managing autonomously all tasks, able to prioritise when facing multiple requests.
