Your field of responsibility

A challenging and diverse role as Compliance Specialist within the Fund Compliance team of Credit Suisse.

You will assist in the planning and design of regular and / or ad hoc Compliance reviews and be responsible for the performance of independent, risk-based, point-in-time assessments of adherence with the applicable laws, rules, regulations, standards and internal policies.

You will document the control results and report accordingly to the relevant Compliance managers and Business Stakeholders.

The Luxembourg Compliance team is a dynamic, focused and experienced team that works together to support the full range of the Credit Suisse’s investment fund and asset servicing business in Luxembourg.

Your skills and experience

The successful candidate will convince us with :

  • A university degree in Finance, Law or Economics or comparable degree;
  • Minimum of 4 years’ experience in the fund industry ideally within a first level or second level control function;
  • Experience in auditing / testing existing controls designed to ensure regulatory compliance is considered as a plus;
  • Good understanding of the Luxembourg, respectively EU laws and regulations relevant to the fund and asset management industry (UCITS, AIFMD, AML, MIFID);
  • Fluent English is essential. German and / or French is considered as a plus;
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Excellent time management and task / project management skills;
  • Ability to work well independently and under pressure;
