This opportunity is to work in a dynamic, creative, and innovative team called HR Enablement. In this role you would be working closely with experienced professionals on various projects leveraging technologies in the different Talent teams : Reward, Talent Attraction & Acquisition, Talent Development, Talent Consulting, Talent First Line.
You will actively take part in the Talent digital transformation by being involved on performance improvement projects leveraging artificial intelligence, dashboarding, data analytics, RPA (Robotic Process Automation).
You will mainly act as PMO over multiple projects and will be able to take over some specific projects when ready. What we look for
