Job Description

As a Senior Sales Manager your main responsibilities will be to establish a strong company reputation and make sure to develop the business to achieve market share growth :

  • Responsible for the turnover and pricing of a product line in EMEA region
  • Manage key accounts
  • Make the liaison between the production plant, R&D and the Technical Service to meet the customer's needs.
  • Ensures an optimal customer service, provides the necessary technical support and handles the claims directly with the clients
  • In charge of client negotiations
  • Sales plan optimization in collaboration with the production plant
  • Follows market trends, monitors customers business, market development and competitors
  • In charge or creating or redefining the product portfolio according to the market needs / trends
  • The Successful Applicant

  • At least 10 years of Sales experience in Industry
  • Degree on Business Administration and strong technical background
  • Fluent in English, other European language is an asset
  • Excellent oral skills to communicate and influence people at all levels
  • Strong initiative and drive for achievement
