Job Overview As a Concierge you will be the first person a visitor or client meets or speaks to in person or on the telephone, therefore your primary value will be to make the all-

important good first impression by demonstrating a high level of customer care and professionalism.

Furthermore, you will deliver effective caretaking support, including floor-planning, furniture repairs and similar caretaker related services.

The caretaker will expect to observe safe working practices in carrying out the required duties. As Caretaker, you will coordinate the general upkeep of the building related to technical services and ensure building technical systems are operational through in-

house inspections. Oversee vendor activities that include scheduling of repairs and maintenance and monitor such work to ensure correct quality.

Services Day-to-day contact of technical supplier Ensure heating and equipment is efficiently operating, and report malfunction Supervise that all in-

house repairs are done satisfactorily and follow up on any outstanding issues First line of contact for maintenance of fixtures and fittings, door handles and other minor repairs Assist with setting up and clearing away furniture Manage the informing of different stakeholders of new starters and / or leavers (HR notifications) Assisting at power downs, UPS maintenance, general installation testing or other weekend tasks supplier management incl.

regular meetings with suppliers based on objectives and maintain follow up action list Treatment and verification of all invoices in the Fidelity electronic invoice system Maintaining and updating the IBM electronic floor planning system (Tririga) You ensure that all requests adhere to administrative procedures inside Fidelity Skills and experience required to provide this service : Ability to demonstrate an excellent standard of spoken and written French and English mandatory.

Excellent presentation and discretion Proven experience in the domain of conciergerie / care-taking of at least 5 years Good mechanical and DIY aptitude Good basic understanding of M&E services Computer literate with experience of Microsoft packages You are a Team-

player; flexible and always willing to help Capable of working alone with minimum supervision You have an eye for quality and sees problems before they occur Aware of Health & Safety guidelines
