About the Role :

We are currently looking for a Marketing Junior Strategist Premium Chocolate and Spreads who will support the Marketing Strategists in the development of the Ferrero long-term innovation strategy for two main categories.

The candidate will be requested to master / have developed strong analytical skills to synthetize the knowledge coming from multiple sources into specific insights to support and foster the definition of project and category strategies.

He / she will be also requested to have a remarkable product and consumer sensitivity and to own the elements of the marketing mix, especially product and communication.

The candidate will be highly exposed to many sources of information (quantitative and qualitative tools of market researches) with the request of providing an insightful systematization of the main learnings.

Main Responsibilities :

Marketing Strategy

Support the Marketing Strategists in the definition of the long-term innovation strategy for the respective categories :

  • Analyzing and synthetizing big amount of data and studies to drive insights;
  • Preparing country specific deep-dives to highlight phenomena and consumer trends to contribute to the preparation of the Country Visits.
  • Ad hoc Projects

    Support the Marketing Strategists in the activation of ad hoc research projects :

  • Briefing the research agencies;
  • Preparing and taking part to the research activities;
  • Systematizing and interpreting research results, in order to identify and propose considerations and actions for the development of the category strategy.
  • Competition monitoring

    Conduct global marketplace analysis, monitoring new launches, looking for input and new trends.

    Who we are looking for :


  • At least 3 5 years of experience in Consulting and / or Brand management;
  • Expertise of FMCG environment (a Strategic Marketing experience is considered as a plus);
  • Strong analytical and synthetical skills;
  • Sharp marketing mindset and consumer-driven approach, better if developed in a multi-markets and multi-cultural environment;
  • Genuine curiosity and lateral thinking;
  • Dynamic, flexible, proactive approach and ability to work effectively in high-pressure situations within strict deadlines;
  • Result oriented;
  • Strong communication and influencing skills;
  • Project management skills;
  • Availability to travel / relocate abroad.
  • IT Skills

  • Excellent PC command (Excel, PowerPoint);
  • Excellent knowledge of Nielsen / IRI DBs;
  • Familiarity with SAP Architecture is considered as a plus.
  • Language

  • Fluent English;
  • Knowledge of Italian can be a plus.
