Your field of responsibility

Join the EAM Team in Luxembourg at Credit Suisse (Luxembourg) , you will work closely with the Relationship Manager in charge of the relationships to manage and grow a book of EAM Partners and UHNW and HNW end-client relationships.

As an ARM, your main responsibilities lie in managing the daily operational activities related to the client portfolio, from the onboarding process to oversee the daily risk, compliance and commercial activities related to the client portfolio during the account lifecycle.

In your role, you will also work in close collaboration with our internal stakeholders (, product experts, credit, risk, compliance, legal).

This is the ideal opportunity to develop in-depth knowledge in the private banking business with a specific focus on the growing EAM segment, combine client-facing tasks with hands-on operational activities and build a strong internal network across the bank.

Your skills and experience

We are looking for a highly motivated individual searching for a challenging role in Banking and Finance fulfilling the below criteria :

At least 2-3 years of work experience in banking in a client-facing role or in another relevant sector and / or a University degree in Banking & Finance

Sound knowledge of the Private Banking & Wealth Management sector

Proven understanding of financial products, services and the regulatory landscape;

A proven ability to apply a problem-solving approach with good quantitative and analytical skills

Strong organizational skills and the ability to work towards deadlines, taking full ownership of your tasks

Evidence of strong communication skills and enthusiasm that will allow to craft a network of positive working relationships with clients and colleagues to support a high service quality level

Excellent teammate who can demonstrate a high degree of flexibility and self-initiative

Business proficiency in English is a must and knowledge of French is an important asset.
