We are currently looking for a Senior RelationshipManager to join our Professional Card Services business unit. ABOUT THE JOB The Professional Card Services business unitprovides exclusive payment solutions to private banks and financialinstitutions.
The department deals with the onboarding of newpartner banks, external sales activities, relationship management,expansion of business with existing partners, and the overalldevelopment of the card servicing solution.
The Senior RelationshipManager will be responsible for the following activities : - Building relationships with key contacts at existing partnerbanks - Monitoring the service quality and driving improvementefforts - Monitoring the running of the card program in orderto reach the maximum penetration within the clients’ databases- Initiating contact and driving sales towards potential newpartnerships - Building action plans with activities requiredto strengthen and grow the client relationship - Identifyinggrowth opportunities within partner group companies - Beingthe first level of escalation for partners and takingresponsibility and ownership for solving any issues raised by thepartner banks - Reviewing progress and KPIs with clients on aregular basis - Implementation of new card programmes ABOUTYOU - University degree in Business Administration orequivalent work experience - Relevant work experience as anAccount Manager or Business Developer, ideally within the financialsector or credit card industry - Strong account management andrelationship building skills - Demonstrated ability tocommunicate, present and influence effectively at all levels of theorganisation - Proven ability to manage multiple projects at atime, while paying strict attention to detail - Ability toformulate key sales and customer services texts WHAT WE EXPECT- Excellent communication and presentation skills, as well asa natural ability to conduct sales negotiations - Stronginterpersonal skills, ability to interact with different types ofindividuals and hierarchy levels - Self-starter, goal-orientedand top performing individual, keen on taking part in new saleschallenges - Fluency in English;
