Mission

For one of our clients, a financial institution located in Luxembourg, SOFITEX TALENT is currently looking for a

IT SERVICE DESK / HELPDESK - SYSTEM CONTROLLER FR-EN-DU (M / F)

Your tasks :

1. Planning and consoles supervision : permanent presence in front of the supervision screens. Interpretation of all messages provided by the different applications & supervision tools to be able, in case of problems, to undertake all the necessary actions by respecting the predefined procedures.

2. Clients support functions : ensure continuity for answering phone calls outside of the office hours of several departments (authorizations / card blocking, Help desk, ) to guarantee for our clients a 24 / 24 service level as defined in our SLA.

3. Data center supervision, such as execution based on a predefined planning of several controls (fuses, fiber channel, air conditioning, leaking water, ),

4. Backups follow-up : Following the backups execution and alert the support team based on the predefined procedure.

5. Escalation procedure : rigorous and strict escalation of the detected problems to the concerned people, by following predefined procedures.

6. Centralized printing : printing, supervising and verifying the quality of the large volumes printing to be able to deliver to our clients their statements by respecting the deadlines.

Your profile :

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a call center or a service desk in an IT environment is required;
  • General IT competencies and good knowledge of the MS Office tools;
  • Ability to work quickly and accurately, on a team or individual basis, under pressure with tight deadlines;
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to details;
  • Oriented towards customer needs;
  • Show flexibility and adaptability within the workplace;
  • Fluent in English and French (both oral and written), intermediary level in Dutch (oral) .
  • Luxemburgish and German will be considered as an advantage.
