Amazon Business EU Marketplace is looking for a Leader of B2B Marketplace Selection and Pricing in the EU that will own seller experience, selection and pricing, for the B2B marketplace.
In this role, you will manage a team of product managers and business intelligence engineers with whom you will own the roadmap for several new product and feature launches for marketplace sellers in EU.
You will manage cross-team inter-dependencies, work with other product leaders from across the company as well as business stakeholders to create buy-in for key decisions.
You will work closely with software engineering, design, finance, sales, marketing and business leaders from across the company.
In this role you will solve significant analytical and operational challenges, with enormous opportunity for business impact in a new space.
The ideal candidate must be able to influence teams located in different regions and roadmap decisions, be an exceptionally strong communicator and analytical thinker, and have a history of delivering results.
High judgment, internal negotiation skills, ability to influence, analytic talent, and leadership are essential to success in this role.
This role is based in Luxembourg and will involve travel to Seattle, WA.
