We are currently looking for a highly analytical, creative and forward-thinking Senior Finance Analyst to join its ever-growing Operations Finance team at our European headquarters in the vibrant city of Luxembourg.
Position Description The Senior Financial Analyst will support capex and fixed asset planning and reporting, as well as identify, analyze and approve capital investment opportunities within the Fulfillment Center network.
Will partner with stakeholders to drive cost-out initiatives within capex projects.
In addition she / he will support Real Estate and Construction planning and reporting, along with identifying Real Estate opportunities also within the Fulfillment Center Network and will bring key management information dashboards to the next level.
In order to achieve that, she / he will work with internal business partners at all levels of the organization.

Make History. Role Responsibilities Partner with Engineering, Capital Planning, Start-Up, Procurement, Network Planning, Real Estate, Construction, Procurement, Operations, and Retail teams to drive process improvements, cost savings, and new business initiatives Analyze investment trade-
offs between capital, fixed and variable costs in the Fulfillment Center network Identify, communicate, and track high ROI capital projects through the approval process and drive post-
investment ROI calculations Support the Capital and fixed asset budgeting and forecasting efforts for the annual Operating Plan Perform monthly variance analysis versus plan and forecast risks and opportunities Develop and publish key performance indicators and regular business metrics for capex, real estate, and construction Proactively work with the business owners on root cause analyses and solution implementation Evaluate and implement opportunities for improving Procurement inputs, process, and modeling Improve tools, processes, scale existing solutions, create new solutions as required based on stakeholder needs BASIC QUALIFICATIONS Skills / Experience Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering or related field.
5 years of relevant experience within operations, capital expenditure investments, financial analysis, business process analytics environment, within a fast-
paced metrics driven environment.
Fluent in English.
Advanced skills in Excel is a must.
Demonstrated ability to build and manage financial models for business forecasting, variance analysis, and problem solving with exceptional accuracy on provided figures.
