Your challenge :
You will be involved in Hybid Service Technologies activities to deliver automation capabilities for our clients. Patching automation, healtcheck, alerting and eventing automation are one of the key elements in this domain Standard problem & change control processes are followed.
To provide the RCA in SLA;
To support other teams in case our services are involved in their RCAs;
To participate in projects support (both internal and client driven) based on guidance from Focal Point / Team Leader / Manager;
To ensure proper handover when leaving to vacation including update in associated tools;
To guarantee standard problem & change control processes are followed;
To build Operation, Administration and Configuration of the MONITORING AND EVENT MANAGEMENT Infrastructure;
To maintain the Software including installation of patches and new releases - this covers basic Tivoli SW but also the on-top GSMA solutions;
To analyse of problems including corrective actions;
To support CritSits with technical background, knowledge, data;
To provide performance and tuning of the related MONITORING AND EVENT MANAGEMENT infrastructure;
To provide capacity Management for the related MONITORING AND EVENT MANAGEMENT infrastructure;
To plan, perform and supervision of changes including risk and impact assessment;
To plan, implement and operate the needed interfaces - e.g. Ticketing, Dynamic Automation, Integration of 3rd party Monitoring, Interfaces to Clients;
To align MONITORING AND EVENT MANAGEMENT infra to be compliant with evolving new standards, security requirements;
To take a part in security audit;
To provide monitoring BigFix system.
Skills & Requirements
And in terms of technical know-how?
Sound understanding and working experience with Netcool, Bluecare and Monitoring tools (ITM6, ITCAM, APM);
Sound understanding and working experience with using GSMA solutions;
Scripting skills like Perl, Shell;
Good understanding of Event Management process;
Good understanding of Problem, Incident and Change Management process.
To succeed in your mission you need :

To be stress resistant;
To be open-minded with desire to learn and develop yourself on a both challenging and emerging environment working environment;
To have a good command in English French or German are real assets.

3+ years university degree in IT and at least 8 years of professional experience; or any equivalent combination of training, education and experience that demonstrates the ability to perform the duties of the position.
