Amazon Treasury is seeking a Treasury Analyst to join the EMEA Treasury team to help manage and support the growth of the business in the region.
S / he should possess solid business judgment, attention to detail, diving deep into data results, problem solving and bias for action.
Ability to provide a strong controllership environment via excellent communication and organizational skills is also required.
S / he is expected to challenge the status quos, influence teams with competing priorities and to wok cross-functionally with Accounting, Business Units Finance, Legal, Shared Services and Tax, as well as external banking partners.

Primary responsibilities include :
Daily liquidity positioning across all european entities which includes the daily support of inquires from AP, Payroll and Accounting
Work with Business Units on building standard cash flow forecast and to align funding requests and settlement.
Manage local EU new business project management
Responsible for providing financial and analytical support
Developing and performing general business and financial analysis to deliver relevant data and key performance indicators on the health and liquidity of internal business units.
Ad hoc treasury projects / analysis
Ensure compliance with Global Treasury internal control guidelines & policies.
Work closely with Global Treasury team on process automation.
BA / BS degree
Hands on cash management experience
Proven ability to meet deadlines while managing multiple projects.
Proven ability to individually deliver results managing complex and / or ambiguous projects.
4+ years of experience in corporate Treasury (preferred), FP&A or similar field.
Strong proficiency with Excel. experience and comfort developing and presenting analytics from large data sets.
Comfortable with financial statement analysis.
MBA, CFA, CTP, CPA, or similar.
Treasury, Accounting, FP&A experience in A large multinational corporation.
experience with data models using Cognos BI software.
experience with understanding complex process flows and driving process improvements.
Demonstrated understanding of relational data and using analytics to drive solutions.
