You will become a change agent endorsing the HR&OI Transformation Program, fostering a culture of learning, development, and inclusion.

  • As HRBP you will support the Line Managers to facilitate people life-cycle management (providing HR recommendations to support their team development);
  • oversee the HR key processes (Attraction and Recruiting, Salary Review, Training & Development Management, Performance Management, and Budgeting) as a direct reference for our Strategy and Innovation functions.

    You will support the deployment of company strategies and organizational evolution, promoting continuous improvement and digitalization of our People Processes.

    As an M&A Specialist, you will analyze the human capital and the end-to-end HR lifecycle in target companies, providing HR recommendations to support potential mergers and acquisitions processes and support the integration of newly acquired business.

    You will analyze trends and support the stakeholders, HR colleagues and departments involved in transaction processes, thus building enriching working relationships with key stakeholders, developing an expertise in HR due diligence, planning and execution.

    Who we are looking for :

    Profile

    You have a master's degree in Economics, Business Administration or Management (MBA is considered as a plus), you have more than 5 years of experience (preferably in multinational companies or consultancies).

    Having Experience in M&A (acquisition & post-merger integration) from an HR perspective (within FMCG or consulting) would be beneficial to your application.

    You have a solid analytical background and strong attention to detail, you acquired experience and knowledge of Project Management and Change Management principles, methodologies, and tools.

    A problem-solving attitude and ability to interact with different organizational levels (from operative profiles to top management) is one of your strengths.

    Are you also proactive, result oriented, curious to learn, able to balance and execute many initiatives in parallel? You might be the right person for this role.

    IT Skills

    Knowledge of MS Office and Office 365 Suite,

    SAP SuccessFactors knowledge is a plus.

    Languages

  • Fluent in English;
  • other languages are considered a plus.
