Job purpose Support in the definition and execution of Tax Technology Strategy.

Major duties and responsibilities Management of the implementation of new Tax Technology Projects :

  • Ensure that the projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
  • Evaluate risks and impacts on IT and business side
  • Ensure high quality of deliverables Develop project objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring with IT technical feasibility
  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties for the proper execution of a project
  • Report and escalate to management as needed
  • Manage the relationship with all stakeholders, including Business Sponsors, IT Project Managers, Procurement, Risk Management, IT Security, DPO and Data Officer
  • Closely collaborate with the Tax Products Manager
  • Establish and maintain relationships with third parties / vendors
  • Ensure the creation and maintenance comprehensive project documentation
  • Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
  • Management of preparation and implementation of large product evolutions (evolutive maintenance)

    Leading the implementation of best development practices (test automation, RPA)

    Supporting Quality Assurance enhancement

    Building organizational capabilities for sustainable Product Management

    Product governance improvement

    Advice and oversight on Change Management needs and strategy implementation

    Input to digital roadmap to fit KPMG IT and innovation strategies and ensure consistency between tax initiatives and global company roadmap

    Leading enhancement of PMO expertise in Tax

    Requirements to access to this function

  • Education requirements : Master’s degree in Computer Science or relevant field
  • Work experience requirements : At least 8 years’ experience in a similar position
  • Knowledge / Technical Skills

  • Knowledge and experience in organisational effectiveness
  • Certified in project management methodology (PMI, Prince2, PMP, etc.)
  • Knowledge of the legal environment
  • Business skills & method
  • Technical IT skills
  • Knowledge of MS Visio and MS Project
  • Fluent in English. French and other additional languages will be considered as an advantage
