Carry out sociolinguistic research concerning language variation and change in Luxembourg and its relation to multilingualism
Develop tools and methods for the analysis of Luxembourgish as a low resource language
Contribute to the institute’s crowdsourcing and citizen science activities
Disseminate research results in (international) conferences and journals
Contribute to teaching in study programs of FLSHASE (humanities)
Excellent PhD degree or equivalent in linguistics
Strong expertise in sociolinguistic methods
Excellent knowledge of statistical methods for quantitative analyses
Excellent command of English and German (written and spoken), Luxembourgish is an asset
