About the Team & Business Line :
For over 75 years Citco has developed an ethos of service excellence and partnership in corporate fiduciary and administration that our clients rely upon.
Through our global office network we provide a full suite of corporate administrative services to set up, administer and maintain corporate entities throughout their life cycle.
Working with our Governance Services team, you will report to Senior Vice President in our Structured Finance desk and will support the ongoing administration and governance of a large portfolio of Luxembourg client-companies involved in private debt, real estate and securitisation transactions.
Your Role :
You will actively manage legal and corporate aspects of private debt, real estate and securitisation transactions for client companies in close liaison with the trust officers accountants and under the supervision of the Senior Vice President;
You will be performing KYC acceptance in respect of clients and counterparties and ongoing AML monitoring;
You will be involved in the review and negotiation of transaction documents, coordination of approval process and attending to all associated matters;
You will look after the good standing of client companies by ensuring all company law and contractual requirements are complied with, ensuring the accurate maintenance and updating of statutory books and database administration and related statutory filings;
You will communicate with clients, lawyers, auditors, tax advisers, notaries, other professionals, government institutions and other Citco offices worldwide so that all aspects of the transaction are appropriately covered;
You will be coaching and developing junior team members;
About You :
You are a graduate in business and / or corporate law;
You have 4-6 years post qualification experience in a similar position gained within a corporate services provider, substance office or law firm in Luxembourg;
You are highly organized and accurate, self-motivated and eager to take ownership of the transactions;
You can work effectively within a team as well as individually;
You are client focused, service-minded and showing a dynamic attitude;
You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills (English); French or German would be a valuable asset;
