HR Business Coordinator Flight Operations

  • Act as HR point of contact to ensure a good coordination between HR services (Recruitment, Personnel administration, Payroll, Time keeping, OHS&E, Corporate Training and HR Management) and respective division
  • Advise all Flight Operations employees and line managers on human resources matters
  • Research applicable legislation, evaluate regulatory compliance, and propose a plan of action
  • Assist and coordinate disciplinary actions, disciplinary reports and letters
  • Support HR related projects
  • Participate in HR related policies development and administration
  • Promote best practice, share ideas and information to ensure consistency through a value-added service
  • Interact with staff delegation representatives, respond to requests
  • Perform other HR related duties as assigned
  • Essential Requirements For The Position :

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Labor Law, Business Administration, Public Administration or related field
  • Working knowledge of local labor law
  • Knowledge of local social security and taxes aspects
  • 3 - 5 years progressively responsible and knowledgeable experience in human resources in one or more of the assigned specialty areas, e.
  • g., benefits administration, recruitment and selection, training and employee development, HR systems, compensation and records administration

  • Experience working with recruitment tools and HR software would be an asset
  • Ability to deal sensitively with confidential data
  • Good listening abilities
  • Ability to empathize and know your audience
  • Customer and result oriented
  • Ability to maneuver comfortably through complex processes and to plan / prioritize work in order to meet deadlines
  • Strong organizational skills, autonomous and flexible, problem-solving capabilities and high team spirit
  • Advanced computer proficiency in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel and PowerPoint, Outlook
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and French, Luxemburgish or German communication skills would be an asset
  • Working Conditions :

  • A Certificate of good conduct (Casier judiciaire, Polizeiliches Führungszeugnis) will be required in case of positive selection
  • Full time, permanent contract
  • Category will depend on the proven experience / knowledge of the candidate
