What is the opportunity?
In this role, you lead all activities related to managing Private Capital Operations in Luxembourg (100+ FTE) and support other I&TS entities.
You are responsible, in collaboration with Product Management, for designing and implementing a consistent and scalable roadmap to support further expansion.
The role has a significant cross enterprise component, working with all members of the Global Client Coverage, Product, and Client Operations Management Team with regards to global operating models and solutions across multiple geographies.
The role requires effective employee management, continuous development of the most efficient organization structure for the group.
