What is the opportunity?

In this role, you lead all activities related to managing Private Capital Operations in Luxembourg (100+ FTE) and support other I&TS entities.

You are responsible, in collaboration with Product Management, for designing and implementing a consistent and scalable roadmap to support further expansion.

The role has a significant cross enterprise component, working with all members of the Global Client Coverage, Product, and Client Operations Management Team with regards to global operating models and solutions across multiple geographies.

The role requires effective employee management, continuous development of the most efficient organization structure for the group.

What will you do?

  • Client centricity is integral in this role; you participate in Client steering committees, service meetings and new business forums to the point
  • Lead the Private Capital team (100+ FTE) through significant change and work with the Global Head of PCS establish and deliver an efficient Global Operating Model
  • Implement new Private Capital technology into the team
  • Successfully migrate clients on to the new platform
  • Demonstrate financial accountability to the Head of Shared Services and face off to senior client representatives in support of complex change and transition plans
  • Participate in the relevant industry forums to seek out global industry trends to ensure best in class solutions
  • Partner with all businesses and relevant functions to ensure best fit in terms of process ownership and accountability and monitor quality of service to the various clients.
  • Continue to develop product knowledge, to ensure that processes are in place to minimize operational, settlement and market risks.
  • What do you need to succeed?


  • Candidate should have proven management experience as well as extensive Private Capital experience.
  • Experienced people manager, with proven leadership ability and ability to lead under pressure and deliver
  • Strong background in Operational Functions within Private Capital.
  • Solid knowledge of Operational processes
  • Nice-to-have

  • French speaking is a strong asset
