Losch Luxembourg is a leading Luxembourg based company with a wide range of activities in the field of vehicle distribution, mobility and related services, structured around five business units : Import, Retail, Services, Real Estate and New Business.

Losch is the exclusive importer of Volkswagen, Audi, SEAT, ŠKODA, Porsche, Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles, MAN and Neoplan in Luxembourg.

Losch Retail operates with nine own retail dealerships, also in charge of the distribution of Bentley and Lamborghini in the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg and the HESS brand in Luxembourg and Belgium.

Losch further offers innovative leasing solutions via Volkswagen Losch Financial Services, a joint venture company with the Volkswagen group.

Losch Services covers Finance, Legal, IT and Human Resources. The IT division also runs the international service company Losch Digital Lab based in Porto.

Losch Real Estate manages the real estate activities of all the companies. The newly added business unit Losch New Business with "Out of the box" and "Cube4T8" is dedicated to innovation management.

We are constantly looking for dynamic and motivated colleagues, passionate about automotive and new mobility trends, who are willing to actively push Losch from its current leadership position in Luxembourg to the next level of mobility excellence.

To strengthen and develop the central HR team in the Howald headquarters, we are looking for a :



  • Defining and implementing the group wide HR strategy and long-term HR objectives, in close collaboration with the executive committee and senior management
  • Advising / consulting the executive committee and senior management of group companies on all individual and collective HR matters
  • Managing and developing existing and new processes and standards, on all HR topics such as administrative processing, talent acquisition / management, internal talent scouting, employer branding, people development, digitalization and change management
  • Leading and supporting the HR team with a view to be an efficient business partner within the group

  • Master’s degree in either law, economics or psychology from a first-class university
  • Several years of significant HR work experience in rapidly changing operational company with 1000+ FTEs or similar experience
  • Strong knowledge of Luxembourg employment law and other relevant regulations
  • Full professional proficiency in German, French and English, strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven change-management expertise and strong capability to transform business needs in HR actions
  • Independent working and comfortable taking initiative / decision and being resourceful / entrepreneurial
  • Ability to multi-task and work with numerous teams
  • Open minded, pragmatic and service-oriented
