MultiConcept Fund Management S.A., the 3rd party Super ManCo of Credit Suisse in Luxembourg, is seeking a highly motivated person to assist the conducting officers in the supervision and monitoring of the delegated functions.
You will partner with the MultiConcept’s team, our delegates, our local legal and compliance department as well as our operations department to ensure that the management company follows regulatory requirements, due diligence policies and Credit Suisse internal rules and procedures.
Your position will form part of our oversight team.

In this function you will take care of the following unusual tasks :
Run the risk assessment on due diligence questionnaires, prepare the necessary documentation and communicate the results to various internal partners;
Perform on a regular basis service review meetings with internal and external service providers; Analyze the key performance indicators obtained from the service providers;
Ensure that necessary controls are in place that MultiConcept Fund Management S.A. complies to its obligation under relevant laws, internal policies and procedures;
Carry out regular compliance reviews to internal partners and external service providers to ensure a clean audit trail;
Oversee the internal valuation function and chair MultiConcept’s Pricing and Valuation committees;
Partner with various control groups throughout the organization i.e. operations, legal, compliance and internal audit;
Stay up to date with industry changes and trends that may impact the way MultiConcept Fund Management S.A. operates. Actively participate to projects to improve processes and implement regulatory legal changes.
Do you have a sound knowledge of the investment fund market and asset management industry?
Can you bring to your team Specific knowledge of Luxembourg investment funds and the fund regulatory framework and a working experience in the Fund industry of at least 6 years?
We would be happy if you contribute sound knowledge of pricing / valuation topics with regards to both liquid and illiquid asset classes
You have good organisational skills. You have an eye on detail, you contribute good work habits and adhere to applicable policies.
You have problem identification and problem solution skills.
Ability to obtain, judge and validate information. On that basis you reach conclusions. You know when to identify a problem and keep management informed.
Good time management and priority setting are very helpful; also ability to cope with a matrix management structure.

It would be appreciated if you could provide your team with Advanced excel / programming (macros / VBA etc.) skills.
Language skills should cover English, with French and / or German being of a considerable additional advantage.
