These functions are carried out by specialists with expertise across all business units, and include Communications, Compliance, Finance, Human Resources, Information Security, Internal Audit, Legal, Organisation & Digital, Risk and Tax departments.

You will be joining the Pictet Group’s Regulatory Office , a dynamic cross-entity team responsible for the group-wide public policy, regulatory watch and regulatory projects.

You will be working in the European part of the team reporting to Pictet & Cie (Europe) SA’s EU Regulatory Affairs Lead in Luxembourg.

You will be in close contact with all departments and business lines (banking, asset management, asset servicing and trading) across the Group (Luxembourg, Geneva, Frankfurt, London, Paris, etc.

on a broad range of regulatory projects.

Your role

Managing various regulatory projects involving several departments, business lines and regional sites.

Liaising with internal stakeholders in Luxembourg and Geneva on regulatory matters affecting the Luxembourg Bank and its branches.

Anticipating the likely impact of regulatory changes and coordinating efforts to prepare for them.

Facilitating data governance initiatives associated with EU requirements on data resilience and reporting centralization, i.e., EUSAP, DORA, etc.

Your profile

University degree in Business Administration, Law, Finance and / or Engineering.

At least five years' experience in project management within a banking group, an asset manager or a consulting firm.

Previous experience dealing with EU regulations (CRD, MiFID, EMIR, ESG) and Luxembourg regulatory requirements, preferably with data / reporting elements.

Very good command of French, both written and spoken. Fluency in English a must.

Excellent command of MS Office, in particular PowerPoint and Excel. MS Project skills appreciated.

As the chosen candidate, you will have excellent organizational and interpersonal skills and you will be methodical and dynamic, able to drive regulatory projects onboarding a wide range of stakeholders across the Group.
