Therefore, we are looking for a talented IT Business Developer (German speaking) in order to open this new market which has a huge potential.
As a future IT Business Developer, you will open the Frankfurt market from our Luxembourg's office and then move to our Frankfurt's office and become responsible for your future sales team.
Your main missions will include : leads generation / cold calls / opportunities development / creation of relationships with new clients / negotiation with both clients and candidates.
You will take care of your own German market while working with experienced consultants that will help you to reach your goals.

Description Business development : Open a new market from-scratch and get the chance to becomea leader on your market Identify and develop business opportunities within the IT German sector and be up to date with the new trends and how it can benefit to our clients Develop your own network and portfolio Understand client needsand provide a tailor-made service.
You will be in contact with all levels of staff, going from HR to CEO. 360 recruitment cycle : You are in charge of the entire recruitment process (from finding clients and candidates to the end of the recruitment) Negotiationof contracts with both clients and candidates Administrative tasks : use of our internal CRM, post ADS Profile What we expect from you : You have a first successful experience in Sales, however if the candidate has the right attitude, level of maturity and desire to learn, we could also consider your profile You will be working in our office in Luxembourg consequently we expect you to master German and English (French would be a nice to have) Preferably you are also in the possession of a Bachelor or a Master Degree Wedo expect motivated people with a 'make it happen' and 'entrepreneurial' mentality, eager to learn and not afraid of going for the extra mile.
