We are looking for a next great leader for our Contract Logistics department in Contern, Luxembourg! Join the team and be responsible for the overall management of the warehouse site : management of operational activities in the warehousing sector, customer management, office operations and related Information Systems.
Your Role As Warehouse Manager, you will plan, organize, direct and manage all office and warehouse activities. You will also support top management in setting performance targets in the warehousing area and strategic planning and be responsible for achieving prescribed company goals in terms of costs, productivity, customer management and financial result.
Your Responsibilities Monitor operational activities in the warehouse sector, initiation, maintenance and monitoring of key performance indicators, ensuring all operational processes, personnel management, initiation of continuous improvement processes, predictive personnel requirements planning, etc.
Responsible for results and budget within the area of responsibility, definition and implementation of objectives for meeting earnings, productivity and service targets, preparation of budgets / rolling forecasts and planning.
Maintain customer relationships, regular review meetings with customers, establishing customer service standards, ensuring compliance with customer-specific requirements in the warehouse Support all personnel-relevant topics together with the HR department, e.
g. active promotion, management, coaching and further development of team members, recruitment of employees, disciplinary measures and much more.
finally operationally responsible for the successful implementation of new customers, etc. Your Skills and Experiences Multi-year professional and management experience in a comparable environment Excellent knowledge and understanding of logistics processes and flows of goods.
