Field of activity

The Eurobonds Business line manages the company’s portfolio of core products and services for Eurobonds during their entire lifecycle, defining pricing structures, service features and distribution strategies to drive & respond to clients’ needs and market evolution.

The activities within the department cover 4 dimensions : Strategy & Business Development, Product Development, Network Management and Global Standards Management.

Within the Product Development team, you will have primary responsibility for the development of new services and the improvement of existing ones in line with the strategy and roadmap of the department.

You must possess a unique blend of business and technical expertise. You must interact actively with business and IT stakeholders to gain expertise and build networks.

You must be able to communicate and build strong working relations with various areas of the company.

Tasks / responsibilities

  • Idea Generation & Screening
  • Interact with our Strategy & Business Development team to review industry survey / research
  • Attend external industry events & client meetings
  • Develop a network of customer & industry contacts
  • Concept Development & Business Analysis
  • Propose innovative and creative product solutions, with sound business case
  • Determine product requirements, positioning and viability
  • Identify decision makers in the targeted client segment(s) and test market acceptance
  • Liaise with Market Policy, Risk Management, Compliance and Internal Audit where necessary.
  • Technical Implementation
  • Document business and operational requirements
  • Work with Operations to help designing efficient processing flows
  • Cooperate with IT to establish business requirements and discuss delivery options as well as associated costs
  • Liaise with our Network Management team to manage suppliers’ performance and control the external product cost base
  • Analyse potential partner / supplier relationships for the product and run negotiations (with our Network team where needed)
  • Oversee both the product launch throughout implementation and the production of technical / customer documentation
  • Commercialization
  • Contribute to the development and the implementation of a company-wide go-to-market plan (event campaigns, advertisement, press release, etc.)
  • Discuss with Pricing to propose profitable and attractive revenue models
  • Conduct product presentations and support the potential need for ad-hoc training
  • Post-Launch
  • Measure product efficiency and validity (vs. agreed service levels and reliability standards) - Develop MIS and KPI
  • Maintain product inventory
