Amazon is looking for an entrepreneurial Principle Manager Direct Import Turkey to support the : EU Supply Chain Programs.

The team owns all vendor facing supply chain programs, a corner stone of amazon's strategy to innovate in behalf of our customers.

It incorporates Direct Imports from Asia, Pan EU Distribution Services and Amazon's Dropship program. We cover strategic, commercial, planning and ordering aspects of the business and work closely with various operations and compliance teams across the globe.

We strive for better availability for our customers and most efficient supplies from various sourcing countries across the globe.

As the Leader for Turkey Imports, you will design, develop and launch our import business to Turkey. You will lead a project team across commercial, compliance, operation & technical teams to define and scope the necessary tools and workflows to be developed.

You will closely work with retail teams in various locations as well as with our departments in US and China. You will directly work with Turkish authorities to ensure a compliant business operation.

You should be experienced in cross-border trade to Turkey and building businesses with supply chain, operations & commercial teams.

This role may be based in our EU Headquarters in Luxembourg or Istanbul. The Grand Duchy of Luxembourg is a diverse and multicultural country located in the heart of Europe, bordered by France, Belgium and Germany, with a total population of around half a million.

Luxembourg has Luxembourgish, French and German as national languages, with English spoken by the many expatriates and most locals.

The role requires occasional travel to Turkey and other Amazon locations like US and China.
