To achieve this goal, we are looking to hire immediately an :

Head of Human Resources Development (m / f)

What you will be doing :

As a Head of Human Resources Development, you report directly to the Director of Administration & Human Resources.

You are responsible for the management and facilitation of the employee development & experience.

You are in charge of a team implementing People & Development initiatives including : change management, employee relations, talent management, succession planning, leadership and organizational development, employee engagement and recognition, talent acquisition and onboarding, internal communication.

Talent acquisition & onboarding

  • You manage the entire hiring process;
  • You share your expertise through feedback and recommendation;
  • You ensure a consistent and successful onboarding experience;
  • You work closely with the management to evaluate and improve the overall condition of organizational efficiency;
  • You supervise programs for career development.
  • Training

  • You supervise the development of a portfolio of training;
  • You support leadership development through mapping of both current and new programs to organizational needs;
  • You support and accompany continuously the management regarding the establishment and the implementation of personal development plans.
  • Employee relations, engagement & retention

  • You actively identify and seek to resolve drivers of employee turnover and implement best practices to retain the talents;
  • You supervise the internal communication process;
  • You advocate for initiatives that will positively impact the employee population;
  • You support, coach and advise the management with all employee relations;
  • You manage internal conflict resolution;
  • You make recommendations in order to ensure consistency with organizational policy, practice and other regulations.
  • What you will need :

    Required profile for the job

  • Studies : Master Degree in HR;
  • Experience : Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the field;
  • Knowledge : Luxembourg Labour law, HR best practices, candidate interviews, relationship building;
  • Qualities : Organizational skills, flexibility, motivation, excellent communications- and verbal skills, team-oriented;
  • Languages : Fluency in French and English is mandatory; the practice of Luxembourgish or German is an advantage;
  • Others : Driver's licence B.
