We are seeking outstanding individuals who will enhance a team committed to be the market leader by size and reputation. As an Adviser you will be involved in the following areas :
Assist our clients in the implementation / review of their implementation of ManCo / AIFM related regulatory developments across the key verticals (cf.
Control functions, Oversight of delegates, Governance etc.)
Definition or review of target operating model in various instances , creation of ManCo / AIFM, license extension (new strategies, MiFID top-up)
Support with CSSF license or notification processes
You will be part of the engagement team and typically assist as follows :
Perform Market studies, benchmarking exercises, regulatory watch for the purpose of building up market intelligence
Participate to all of the phases of a client engagement including client facing situations with a view to provide support in the formalization of the interactions, production of final memos or report, uplift or creation of policies and procedures, project management / coordination of stakeholders
You will be involved in other visibility / marketing initiatives , marketing publications
The perfect candidate :
You are a problem solver and appreciate variety in everything that you do
You are agile and not afraid to step outside of your boundaries
You are a team player and have strong communication skills
You hold a Master’s degree in, Economics, Finance, Management or similar fields.
You have preferably at least 1 year experience either in consulting or at a ManCo / AIFM in a control function
You have a good command of Microsoft Office tools (esp. PowerPoint)
