Purpose Statement

AsTransfer Agency Oversight & Operations Officer, you will be responsible forsupporting the delivery of superior EMEA TA servicing through overseeing thequality and timeliness of TPAs to ensure that they are performing to the agreedSLAs and KPIs, and are offering excellent client service to our DistributionPartners and their clients.

You will complete the various TA operationalactivities under Invesco’s remit ensuring they are completed within procedures,timelines and regulatory requirements and oversee and support the activitiescompleted by internal TA delegates.

Youwill be responsible for :

  • Toperform first level of interrogation and identification of issues which requireescalation
  • Toact as point of contact between IMSA and TPAs / internal delegates for anytechnical or BAU issues, sign off authorisation and query resolution.
  • Tocomplete the day to day operational activities under TA Oversight &Operations remit.
  • Workwith TPAs, service providers, internal stakeholders & local offices toensure excellent service is maintained.
  • Participatein Service Review meetings to ensure regulatory breaches, SLA breaches andservice quality issues are mediated, addressed (with working examples whereapplicable) resolved.
  • Have the autonomy to makean impact You will provide support, local input to and (where required) sign off toTPAs and internal delegates / stakeholders to support Invesco projects forproduct developments, regulatory change and business requirement changes.

    To be successful in this role you will :

  • Have previousTA experience
  • MS Excel experienceat an advance level
  • Experience ofmonitoring systems, processes and service standards an advantage
  • Knowledge ofUCITS, SICAV and QIF / FCP Regulations an advantage
  • Overallknowledge of TA organisation and how different departments interact
  • Awareness ofmarket in which the company is operating, including market trends and relevantinitiatives by competitors
  • Proficient inthe use of PC software including Word / Excel / Powerpoint
  • Relevant business / professional qualifications orequivalent 3rd level education
