CTG IT Solutions is an IT Services Company dedicated to European Institutions. We are currently hiring a Senior Cloud Asset Consultant to join a prestigious European Institution in Luxembourg.
Your Missions
You interpret licencing rights and obligations in light of contractual clauses, EULAs, licence grants, and other relevant documents
You support the officials leading the negotiations in negotiation documentation (meeting minutes, ticket updates, preparing required reports etc.),
You do the proposal review and stakeholder coordination
You follow-up new account requests in order to present their budget authorisations to the responsible official for authorisation
You create and maintain licence entries in the Software Asset Management (SAM) system
You prepare and execute Software Asset Management (SAM) actions in order to bring into compliance or optimize licences in cooperation with other stakeholders
You assist with project management of the implementation of additional functionalities in the SAM system
You assist with the drafting of IT policy in the SAM domain
You provide software licence budget evolution and forecasting information
You follow up of developments in software licencing
You identify and follow-up of any breaches of authorised budget spend levels
You run Cloud asset optimization exercises
You provide reports on the state of EP Cloud assets
You produce reports, analysis, policy and other documents in the Cloud domain
Your profile
You hold at least a Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of relevant professional experience
You have a background in IT, economics, or law
You are ITIL certified (certification could be obtained within 3 months after the start date)
You are SAM certified is considered an asset
You can speak and write fluently in English
You have a well-written comprehension of French
You have the ability to draft comprehensive analysis documents in the IT domain, prepare and revise policy and procedure documents related to software, and prepare technical reports
You hold experience with the encoding of free-form legal clauses and / or other specifications into rules in an IT system
You hold knowledge with SQL querying skills and understanding of database structures
You have good knowledge of how to locate files, add / remove entries and other technical evidence of licence consumption on computers
