The Technical Center & Services (TC&S) of Production Services of Wordlline deliver the transversal services used by all Worldline customers in a common way.
This includes Virtualization platforms, storage platforms, core network, monitoring teams, development and support of production tooling.
You will manage international projects related to the core infrastructure and the solutions and services delivered by TC&S.
Those projects involves multiple teams in an international, evolving and complex environment.
Key Responsibilities :
Delivery of international TC&S projects with the requested scope, quality, budget and timeframe.
Directs & coordinates activities of the project teams to ensure project progresses from project initiation through the project closure
Monitors project progress against project plan
Provides leadership & motivation to project team members.
Leads efforts to solve problems encountered during project execution
Develops approach (work breakdown structure) to meet project requirements and scope of deliverables.
Identifies plans to execute multiple, diverse projects as a single, unified program
Coordinates & respond to request for scope changes
Required Skills :
Degree in a technical discipline (e.g. Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, etc.) or sufficient work experience to demonstrate proficiency at this level.
Experience in an international Project Management role focusing on Infrastructure and solutions / services projects, engaging various teams (Net, Systems, DB, risk, security, business, compliance, )
Must have proven strong experience creating international project plans and artifacts, status updates / dashboards / reporting, and some financial management and budgeting
Candidates should have familiarity with infrastructure products and technologies (Linux / Solaris, Oracle Databases, SAN / NAS storage).
Excellent communication skills (written and spoken) in English.
The practice of other languages (French, German, Dutch) would be a plus.
