The Visual Designer isresponsible for designing high-quality visual elements and experiences fordigital channels including web.
He / she provides creative design and contributesinnovative ideas while ensuring quality and adherence to KPMG Global Brandingrules.
He / shewill also support all digital channels including the webmaster in his day today tasks (create, edit, visually improve webpages and user experience using differentCMS tools).

As Visual Designer, you will :
Work with marketingand business project teams to deliver on-time engaging visual experiencesacross digital channels that elevate and differentiate the KPMG brandincluding : infographics, static and animated banners, gifs, web page mockups,interactive content, and social media assets.
Be responsible for thegeneral look and feel, including the iconography, imagery, color palettes, and arrangement / resizing.
Use your knowledge andcreativity in all these fields to help to create an amazing user experiencethat attracts users and enables them to easily engage with our digital content.
Ensure a high-qualityuser experience and adherence to KPMG guideline
Translate digitalmarketing needs and technical requirements into designs that are visuallyenticing, easy to use, and emotionally engaging.
Support the design ofvisual elements in our communication materials (brochures, reports, adverts,flyers, proposals, video animations, etc.
to a high quality, respecting KPMGbranding guidelines and in a timely and efficient manner
Contribute to thedevelopment of innovative concepts that differentiate the KPMG brand.
The perfect candidate :
At least a Bachelor’sDegree in design or similar training
At Least 3 years ofexperience as a designer for digital formats
An online portfoliodemonstrating visual design skills (UX / UI, web page layout, banners, infographics,data visualization, adverts, interactive content, etc ).
Excellent knowledge ofdesign, UX, and UI principles including typography, layout and color theory anda strong knowledge of HTML5 and CSS3
Proficiency in graphicand web design software including Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and othervisual design tools.
Good understanding ofcontent management systems (Adobe Experience Manager).
Knowledge in AdobeIndesign and printing process is a plus
Ability to managemultiple projects and meet deadlines within a collaborative working environment
Ability to workindependently and take initiative, with problem solving skills
Creativity andconceptualization skills as well as details and quality orientation
Ability to work wellunder pressure and short deadlines
