Customer service representative - FR / EN (f / m)

We are specialized in contracting, temporary and permanent placement in Office, Finance, ICT & Manufacturing.
We're looking for actively for one of our client, a customer service representative for a temporary assignment until the end of September.
To transfer pricing data correctly from one database to another one (essentially data entry)
To process orders entry
To communicate with customers on a daily basis by answering to phone calls and emails of the customers concerning the follow up of and execution of orders, deliveries, stocks and complaints
To ask for additional information from customer for the execution of the order upon request of the other internal departments
To dispatch any accurate information to the different departments
To carry out any other requested administrative tasks
English & french mandatory
German is an asset
XL, Outlook, Word, general computer skills or any ERP
At least 2 years of experience in Customer Service field.
Organised, detailed oriented and team-player
Comfortable with technology, ready to learn new skills
Technical knowledge is a plus
