Key Responsibilities

As a Administrative and Accounting assistant, you will be supporting the Corporate and Accounting team with the following duties :

  • Assisting clients in implementation and administration of Luxembourg investment vehicles including real estate and private equity SPVs, Securitization Vehicles, Intellectual Properties vehicles and Holding companies
  • Coordinating and managing the day-to-day operations of the vehicles under management and respond to client requests
  • Preparing statutory financial statements and coordinating corporate tax and VAT returns as well as liaising with a number of service providers including auditors, tax advisors and banks
  • Keeping company books and preparing periodic legal, regulatory and client reporting
  • Assisting with the organisation of board and shareholders’ meetings
  • You will also take part in the development and understanding of internal policies and procedures to use and comply with, and meet recognised quality standards, while showing excellent time management and work prioritisation.

    Supporting elements of of key projects and assisting with their delivery is also required.

    Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

    We are looking for a highly motivated and ambitious individual who is keen to develop in an entrepreneurial environment.

    The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role and ideally hold a bachelor or master's degree in Accounting and Finance or Economics.

    Strong English skills are essential (verbal and written) and knowledge of French and / or German is beneficial.
