IT Helpdesk Agent English and Luxembourgish speaker (W / M)
Provide technical support services related to hardware, software and network. Participation in local and global IT projects when needed.
Responsibilities and Duties
First line of support regarding IT issues.
On site : set up, maintenance, resolution of hardware issues, mobile devices rollout.
Manages Active Directory.
Manages data backups.
Manages the Central Phone systems.
Updates current IT documentation (procedures, diagrams ...) and creates new ones.
Works on local projects.
Being part of global initiatives and projects.
Fluent in English and Luxembourgish, French and German are a plus.
You have a degree in IT.
A first experience (job or traineeship) is a plus, but not mandatory.
Good knowledge of commonly used hardware and software.
Understanding of helpdesk best practices and methodology.
Strong communication, facilitation and presentation skills.
Hands-on mentality and able to manage the workload according to business priorities.
Able to keep strict confidentiality in performing your duties.
Team player, proactive, eager to learn and build and ready to go the extra mile.
Willing to work shifts when needed.
