What this job involves As the Personal Assistant to our local Managing Director, you’ll be responsible for the day-to-day organisation of our office as well as the communication between our various departments.
You’ll endorse the administrative responsibility of the Project & Development Services department and assist the team members in their tasks.
In this job, you’ll be responsible for writing down and typing correspondence, making translations, for (digital) filing.
You’ll handle telephone calls and their follow up. You will organise and execute marketing actions and emails as well as prepare client presentations.
Last but not least, you’ll manage the department budget and fee forecast in collaboration with the director in charge as well as the invoicing.
Sound like you? To apply you need to be : Smart You’ll hold a bachelor degree as management assistant or have experience in a similar function.
It would be a real plus if you have an experience in an architecture or engineering agency.
You’ll have excellent knowledge of French and English, both written and spoken, knowledge of Luxembourgish and / or German is an asset.
IT-Literate We’ll expect you to have a good knowledge of all MS Office softwares.
Organized You are a rigorous and pro-active person; you have excellent organisational skills, you are a good team player Open Most importantly, you want to work as part of a supportive and talented team.
