My client is leading international industrial company, globally recognised for its top range product and customer service.
We are looking for a Customer Service Representative, fluent in French, English and German to support and help their sales department.
You assist the Area Sales Manager for the dedicated area (France, Greece, Spain).
You listen and respond to customer's needs and concerns.
You are directly in contact with customers (distributors and end-users).
You provide information about products, delivery time and other services.
You ensure order processing and oversee billing or payments.
You review or make changes to customer accounts.
You analyse situations, investigate problems and determine solutions.
You daily use SAP and the CRM.
You have at least 2 years of experience in an industrial Customer Service covering various types of international customers (distributors, end users, small and corporate accounts).
You are fluent in English and French (mandatory).
Additional languages as German or Spanish are assets.
Your open attitude and your professionalism makes you obtain the trust of the customer.
You know how to develop a B2B relation on the long term with your customers.
Your personal organization is based on order and respect for taken commitments.
