itbp supply chain work our information technology function the incumbent will reporting the business partner operation and will member the itbp operation team dedicated ferrero group for manufacturing supply chain engineering sustainability contract manufacturing and surprises this role works closely with the business for the identification design implementation and adoption global solutions focused supply chain the role aimed continuously improve the current effective global business solutions well coordinate the major functional innovation projects and activities ensuring the best value realization each global application the incumbet will accountable demand collection and operate key component organization while cooperating daily with group regional and local team members innovation and problem solving are key along with ability influence and demonstrate strong team working and commitment main responsibilities main tasks the role focused managing portfolio technology capabilities support the business objectives for the global supply chain while ensuring that this portfolio drives business value delivered through project excellence and that brings innovative best practices and new technologies provides application portfolio value realization through active business stakeholder engagement accountable for the definition technology product portfolio supporting the delivery business capabilities and requirements supports process design and promotes bestpractice adoption responsible for projects value identification solution adoption and value realization acts business partner for supply chain area contributing prioritizing and supporting the definition functional and technical solutions coming from new requirements proactively engages key stakeholders global and regional level gather business and functional needs and provide support and new ideas business process design and enhancements works with regional local involve and engage regional local stakeholders acts the central point contact for any questions concerning the supplychain solutions contributes business cases definition collaboration with business stakeholders identifying new solutions support business capabilities leads fitgap analysis between application global framework and business capabilities evaluate solutions and improvements providing feedback the business and facilitating understanding technical choices ensures that the solution blueprint aligned functional requirements well the global supply chain template the overall technology framework and quality ensures continuous improvement live applications constantly evaluating the current solutions the business needs deploy major level effectiveness and efficiency guarantees the evaluation initiatives impact tracking business benefits and lessons learnt proactively brings external innovation into the group manages regular and relevant communication all key global and local stakeholders who are looking for profile master degree management engineering information technology computer science other related fields least 10 years experience similar roles ideally within multinational and matrix organization environment fmcg industry work experience across different countries international experience and mindset are must deep knowledge supply chain processes required experience factory digitalization will considered plus experience performing root cause analysis internal and external data and processes strong negotiation and relation management skills problem solving and performance driven effective written verbal communication skills manages regular and relevant communication all key global and local stakeholders demonstrates leadership skills and strong commercial and business awareness proven change management attitude and ability positively influence the stakeholders strategic thinking provides support business decision making and longterm view ability interact clearly with business users
