Job Responsibilities include :
Lead others, further develop exceptional talent, and encourage your teams to challenge assumptions
Champion recruiting efforts across the network to continually hire and develop the best
Lead finance and accounting activities across the Global Operations Engineering environment and oversee all program and project spending
Identifying opportunities and driving savings through Procurement objectives
Oversee project spending for several billions dollars and drive efficiency and productivity initiatives across the Global Customer Fulfillment Network
Recommend, develop, and implement policies and programs that guide the organization in maintaining and improving its competitive position and profitability
Oversee the network’s weekly and monthly close processes, the planning, forecasting, and reporting models while driving their continuous innovation and communication to both your operations team & other business partners
Work with data providers and technology teams to ensure that key decision data is accurate, automated and timely
BA / BS in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a highly analytical field (e.g., Engineering, Math, and Computer Science) or equivalent and a minimum 7 years of finance experience, or master’s degree and 5 years of experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Demonstrated financial acumen and analytical experience delivering forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis, and data interpretation of business impact and results
3+ years of experience with advanced proficiency in Excel (pivots, lookups, etc.)
Ability to travel; 10%+ travel expected, primarily to local operations, in addition to regional support
3+ year’s familiarity with concepts of U.S. Generally Accepted Accounting Principles
MBA and / or Professional certification (CPA / CMA / Qualified Accounting certificate) + relevant experience
Advanced problem solving and root cause analysis combined with proven ability to communicate those analysis
Highly analytical, detail oriented and strong business sense; proven ability to manage new ideas and creative solutions
Manage and prioritize workload and achieve effective results in a fast-paced, growing and ambiguous environment
Experience working with large-scale data mining and reporting tools (i.e. SQL, MSAccess, Essbase and / or Cognos) and other financial systems such (i.
e. Oracle, SAP, Lawson, JD Edwards)
Previous experience within a Manufacturing, Distribution Center or Logistics processes and systems a plus
