In the context of the continuous development of our activities, we are currently looking for an Legal Assistant (m / f) Your Tasks Providing administrative support to the legal team and company secretarial services to a range of corporations under administration Preparing and organising full set of company secretarial documents (i.e.
board and share- holder meetings) Maintenance of the shareholder registers and of the commercial register (RCS) Prepare and arrange statutory forms for filing General filing of documents Ensure deadlines are met Opening of bank accounts Coordination of legalizations, notarizations and apostilles Communicate with clients independently.
Your Profile Professional education in relevant fields, e.g.
business administration, paralegal and / or legal assistant or a comparable university degree Relevant experience gained in professional firm / law firm (ideally minimum 2 years) Interest in financial markets and legal-
related issues Self-organized and able to work accurately Team-oriented and pro-active Proficiency in MS Office Fluency in German and English, French will be considered an asset.
