Our client is an international industrial company.
We are looking for a Customer Service Representative FR / EN.
As Customer Service Representative, you will take full responsibility of assigned customers' relationship and support for the French market.
You listen and respond to customer's needs and concerns (BtoB).
You provide information about products, delivery time and other services.
You ensure order processing and oversee billing or payments.
You review or make changes to customer accounts.
You analyze situations, investigate problems, ask internal teams and find concrete solutions.
You assist sales managers on administration tasks if necessary.
You have at least 2 years of experience in a Customer Service, covering various types of international customers (distributors, end users, small and corporate accounts).
You are fluent in French and English.
Your skill makes you confident for understanding our customer's demands.
Your open attitude and your professionalism makes you obtain the trust of the customer.
You know how to develop a BtoB relation on the long term with your customers.
Your personal organization is based on order and respect for taken commitments.
