We recruit for one of our clients a business developer as part of an office opening in Luxembourg of a company that is already present in Paris and Geneva.

you Will be in charge of :

  • Create a client portfolio from identified prospects (SMEs / ETI / key accounts)
  • Prospecting (Digitals)
  • Convert leads allocated via marketing (INBOUND)
  • Take the appointments and make the demonstrations of the SaaS solution to Human Resources Services (HRD, Recruitment Managers etc.) and business leaders
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Community teams
  • Ensuring the closing, loyalty and development of customer accounts
  • Participate in the development of A customer portfolio acquisition strategy
  • Participate in continuous improvement projects in the business activity
  • Participate in the evolution of the service
  • Participate in the Consti Tuning a term team
  • You benefit from an integration period during the first 6 months :

    1) Training on the tools ( Hubspot / Ringover / Front / Lemlist / Slack) Processes

    2) Definition of encrypted objectives with validation points of achievements throughout this period.

    profile Wanted

    We are looking for someone curious and invested with :

  • Master level
  • A minimum 3 years experience on functions commercial;
  • A hunter temperament (who knows how to convince and convert his leads)
  • a commercial temperature, results oriented and achievement of the objectives
  • a Rapid understanding of business issues and customer expectations
  • A knowledge of the world of recruitment and its ecosystem (HR TECH / recruitment / interim office)
  • Autonomy and high capacity learning and adaptation
  • Superior training

  • Knowledge of the Luxembourg market
