Responsibilities Maintain close contact with clients in conjunction with their assigned Relationship Manager Manage the process of opening accounts.

Ensuring that the proper documentation has been obtained from Clients, Relationship Manager and associated KYC requirements.

Provide and maintain periodic client reviews in line with KYC policies and procedures.

Manage the resolution of all client enquiries through effective interaction with clients, Relationship Managers, Central Support functions, Booking Centers and staff in other locations in a timely and professional manner.

Complete suitability reviews Assist in preparing meetings and if required, in preparing pitches, investment proposals, presentations and tailored made reports for client meetings When required, attend client meetings and provide comprehensive overview of the client on-

boarding process Provide assistance in Loan Covenant monitoring process Uphold all regulatory and compliance policies and procedures to identify, mitigate and escalate all risks to protect the client and the bank Ensure coherence to the Bank’s training requirements and remain aware of regulatory and process changes that impact the role Provide clear and confident communication with clients and internal stakeholders.

Ensure all client related material is stored appropriately and correctly in line with internal and regulatory procedures.

Requirements At least 2 years’ experience in Wealth Management with client-facing contact and product know-how Sound English and French skills as well as proficiency in at least one of the regional languages Proficient in MS Office applications Excellent cultural and client needs competence Knowledge of dedicated region : legal, political and economic situation High interpersonal and social skills as well as a strong service mentality Excellent communication and presentation skills We build talented and diverse teams to drive business results.
