ABOUT THE ROLE

WW Ops HR has deployed a new process operating model to support the high volume, transactional HR processes. The new operating model, or Zabka, will support over 175 sites in Europe, North America, and Emerging Markets by the end of 2019, with over 500 personnel managing these processes.

In Europe, these personnel work out of regional centers in the United Kingdom and Poland. Personnel complete their work through a new suite of technology, including Salesforce based tools and Robotic Process Automation, as well as existing tools such as trouble ticketing and Kronos tools.

We are looking to hire a program manager to lead the ideation, roadmap development, tech partnership and deployment of new tools and technology specifically for this operating model as it expands to Italy, France, Spain, and Germany.

Not only will you translate your vision for this technology into requirements for technology support organizations within HR, you will also develop and lead homegrown initiatives where you see opportunities for process improvement through technology.

Core leadership principles for this role include customer obsession, invent and simplify and bias for action. This particular role will act as the EU arm of the Zabka tech program team.

This role requires travel within EU and Emerging Market countries as necessary.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Act as the EU technology lead for Buoy, the Salesforce based Workflow Management tool that drives work in the regional centers.
  • Work hands-on with Buoy users in the regional centers to identify and prioritize enhancements based on user feedback and efficiency improvements.
  • Ensure Buoy readiness for expansion to new locations and businesses.
  • Collaborate with internal technology partners to increase regional center efficiency via Robotic Process Automation and Panorama workflows.
  • Translate business processes into technology and tools requirements in conjunction with the NA centralization roadmap, ensuring that the regional centers can effectively manage new work.
  • Collaborate with technology partners and internal team members to plan releases and make above / below the line decisions on behalf of the program.
  • Own the deployment of new tools and technology for EU Regional Centers, including all communications, training and user readiness.
  • Communicate effectively both verbally and in written form to explain and resolve queries and concerns
  • Build relationships and earn trust with stakeholders, as well as regional and global peers
  • Be part of a team that actively seeks customer feedback to improve levels of service
  • BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degrees from an accredited university
  • 3-6+ years of experience in program management with a focus on technology deployments
  • Basic knowledge of HR processes and systems
  • Previous experience working with Salesforce technologies
  • Advanced computer literacy (Microsoft Office Suite)
  • Experience working with local and remote team members
  • Experience in managing compliance related operations, ability to audit and maintain high quality standards
