ABOUT THE ROLE
WW Ops HR has deployed a new process operating model to support the high volume, transactional HR processes. The new operating model, or Zabka, will support over 175 sites in Europe, North America, and Emerging Markets by the end of 2019, with over 500 personnel managing these processes.
In Europe, these personnel work out of regional centers in the United Kingdom and Poland. Personnel complete their work through a new suite of technology, including Salesforce based tools and Robotic Process Automation, as well as existing tools such as trouble ticketing and Kronos tools.
We are looking to hire a program manager to lead the ideation, roadmap development, tech partnership and deployment of new tools and technology specifically for this operating model as it expands to Italy, France, Spain, and Germany.
Not only will you translate your vision for this technology into requirements for technology support organizations within HR, you will also develop and lead homegrown initiatives where you see opportunities for process improvement through technology.
Core leadership principles for this role include customer obsession, invent and simplify and bias for action. This particular role will act as the EU arm of the Zabka tech program team.
This role requires travel within EU and Emerging Market countries as necessary.
