About this opportunity

We are currently looking for an intern to join the HR department in Luxembourg for 9-12 months. We are a team 12 HR employees working to support Nordea Asset Management (NAM) globally.

Six employees in the team are placed in Luxembourg to support the 220 NAM employees outside of the Nordic countries, i.e.

employees in 14 different countries worldwide. The internship will give you a great opportunity to gain practical insight in a broad range of tasks related to an international Asset Manager s HR function.

What you’ll be doing :

  • Recruitment
  • Drive the recruitment process for other interns to NAM, hence taking full responsibility from publication of adverts, conduct interviews, draft contracts and manage the onboarding.

    You’ll at the same time support the team in streamlining the recruitment and on-boarding process.

  • HR administration
  • Support the HR team in Luxembourg broadly with HR administrative tasks and data management

  • Projects
  • Take part in HR projects, ad hoc initiatives and recruitment fairs, related both the Luxembourg office and the foreign entities.
