  • Knowledge of Windows environments
  • Knowledge of Linux environments (Not Mandatory)
  • Knowledge of Mongo DB - (Not Mandatory)
  • Knowledge of the TCP / IP network - (Not Mandatory)
  • Knowledge of Microsoft SCCM and / or ManageEngine deployment tool - (Not Mandatory)
  • Technical Degree in computer science, software engineering or in a similar field
  • How will you contribute?

    You will be mainly in charge of :

  • Diagnose hardware or software failures that may and perform troubleshooting
  • Track and deal with incidents reported by users
  • Provide support and technical assistance to users by integrating data related to their professional environment
  • Flexibility for occasional worldwide business trips and collaboration with multinational teams
