Our client is leader in private equity and real estate with a full range of services including account management, accounting and property management, and is currently looking for a Corporate Office Assistant (M / W) to support their finance team.
In this position, you will join an international team and you will be in charge for the day to day running of the reception.
Your mission will be to provide a consistently excellent reception service for the organization. In this position your tasks will be : -
To be responsible for the good maintenance of the reception quality level- To ensure every visitor is welcomed accordingly to the standard of the organization-
To be in charge for the organization and set up of the meeting rooms- To ensure a good communication among the team- To organize travel and accommodation.
To apply to this position you should : - Hold a bachelor degree or equivalent - Have a first experience on an administrative position (and in the corporate / finance sector) -
Be highly organized; with a good presentation and communication skills - Have Full English proficiency with French or / and German as a plus-
