PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES Manage and coordinate information flow, work streams and timelines for acquisitions and exits as well as new product launches Review and comment fund and transaction documents relating to the acquisition structure (legal, financial and tax) Follow-
up on parties involved and ensure proper implementation and handover to operations Remain responsible contact for all further projects relating to the portfolio, such as refinancing, structural changes, shareholder consents, distributions, etc YOUR PROFILE A degree in Finance or equivalent, CAIA / CFA or similar considered as a plus At least 3 years of relevant work experience Profound knowledge of Luxembourg RE or PE structures and regulations (AIFMD!)
