Job Description

Finance & Accounting for several European Finance & Holding Entities (mainly located in Luxembourg)

Complete the monthly / quarterly / annual statutory accounting on-going and close activities

  • Responsibility for general ledger entries
  • Initiate 3rd party and intercompany payments / settlements
  • Check of salary and transfer pricing postings
  • Account and Intercompany reconciliation
  • Reporting

  • Preparation of management accounts
  • Preparation of statutory accounts and liaising with auditors
  • VAT and tax reporting
  • SOX compliance
  • Active loan and investment management in coordination with treasury and tax department, including impairment reviews

    Complete special projects as required
