Assembler Mold Maker (m / f) Position located in Luxembourg Job Description In this role you will be responsible to assemble and troubleshoot molds for all kind of special closures applications.
Responsibilities Assembly of complex closure molds Discipline to execute precise documentation for each tool Ability to detect and solve mechanical,Pneumatic, Hydraulic and Electrical issues Ability to adjust mechanical parts by small reworks or polishing to ensure functionality of the mold Execute heat tests on all types of hot runners Work closely together with project engineering, design engineering and quality engineering to actively move forward on problem solving Work closely with testroom to understand plastic part quality issues and be able to understand impact of each part of the mold on final injected plastic part Qualifications Technical education as mold maker or equivalent experience (mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic and electrical knowledge is a must) Minimum of 2 years work experience gained in an industrial environment We are seeking individuals with self-
initiative, high personal integrity, strong reliability and who enjoy teamwork in a challenging environment. As we work in an international environment it is an advantage that you have English communication skills, German is a plus.
